Situated in Highgate’s residential area, this renovation of two contemporary villa-style homes. Both projects included the construction of large basement areas, involving piling, groundwater control and pumped drainage systems. ​ Looking to create a dramatic entrance, the hall includes full height structural glass at the front and rear allowing for natural light to cascade into the property while highlighting the curved feature staircase.
