THE DEPARTMENT STORE
The development of a 1906 Edwardian dilapidated and unoccupied department store creating a series of exciting work and social spaces spanning 6,147 m², for a multi-disciplinary architecture and design practice.
LALIQUE
A new luxury fit-out to this prestigious boutique shop, where design and display elements feature throughout the store. Interior features included new cabinetry and display stands, securely showcasing the items for sale.
COLMORE ROW
This project involved various shell and core works and internal fit out of the reception, meeting rooms and offices. The works were completed to a high standard.
IVY PARK HEAD OFFICE
A complete internal refit of the Ivy Park head office including new WCs, alterations to audio visual and air conditioning systems, new floor finishes and management of installation of fixtures and fittings.
TOP SHOP TRAFFORD CENTRE
A complete strip out and re-fit of a large accumulative 63,000 sq. ft. Topshop, Topman, and Miss Selfridge across 2 floors. Project was phased to ensure brands continued to trade throughout the project duration.
